Change happens. It is seasonal. It happens with our families, and we see this as we watch our children grow. It happens as we mentor and promote talent in our organizations. It happens as we move from assignment to assignment, or learn new skills and improve our abilities.

So, do we really fear change? I suggest it is a fear of the loss of predictability, and call this The Predictability Factor.
